We didn’t start as a logistics company.

We started as an eCommerce brand - excited, passionate, and determined to build something meaningful online. But the deeper we got into the business, the more we realized that delivery was becoming our biggest hurdle.

Parcels went missing.

• And we, like so many sellers, were left stuck — apologizing to our customers for problems we didn’t create.

It was frustrating.
We were trying to build a trusted brand, but the courier services available just couldn’t keep up.

That’s when the idea hit us:
